The sleeping setup includes one folding couch and one cot. It keeps guests close to the open-air experience while still feeling comfortable and intentional. Bring the RV, Too: reserve the tipi alone or add one compatible smaller RV at the adjoining water-and-electric hookup for extra sleeping space at the same site. RVs must be self-contained because there is no sewer hookup. In winter, when the tipi is removed and stored, the site becomes a Seasonal Riverside RV Site with water, electrical service, and a deck overlooking the Rogue River, but no tipi.
